Welcome to a practice crafted from the different ways we learn and the elements of nature.
We meet at a beginning,
a space of listening and quiet.
Depth Somatics is rooted in somatic therapies and mind-body practices.
We listen for intention and direction
and map the steps through our inner landscapes.
How we experience our embodiment develops in response to both our joys and struggles. Research has begun to understand the importance of practices that help us find our bodily blindspots and rebuild our mind-body relationship -
creating healing, change, and personal transformation.
Who we are today may reflect our past but may not encompass who we are yet to become.
This journey is for your thinking mind, your moving body, and the tacit within.
JOIN THE CREW
A monthly, subscription-based, depth somatics learning community.
Join us for the ongoing work of mapping our personal journeys and embodying our transformational orbits. Embodiment practices create an unwinding of an accumulated set of experiences, replacing them with another set of intentionally chosen ones. Through this process, our sedimented infrastructure changes for good, over time.

This is a monthly, subscription-based, depth somatics learning community. Each week, we gather to practice and learn, support and grow.
Practices are communal and designed to be accessible to most bodies (please inquire if you need to discuss this more specifically).
Practices may include breathwork, image-moving-sensing, self-reflection, exploring different movement sequences, and sharing. Occasionally, we’ll be joined by a guest facilitator who will share their expertise and modalities. Guests will include Feldenkrais Method teachers, senior Katonah Yoga teachers, Hanna Somatic educators, artists, writers, and more.

What would it feel like?
To find your body's blindspots.
To dilate your inner landscape,
to connect with,
to explore with, create with, more of you.
