A therapeutic private is not a class for one person. It is a personalized re-attunement of your personal instrument. We always start with finding where in your body support is needed to stabilize your foundation. As we start to build your foundation we can start to gain insight into what’s keeping you stuck in your patterns in your body, what pulls you off track, or what gets you lost in the woods. Then we inform to reform. All in effort to transform.
